How to take care of your own self-care tips
A new self-service service course will teach you how to manage your own body and mind.
Udemy launched the course, iosh Self Care, in February, but it has been quietly available since September.
The course offers 10 self-help tips from experts, including Dr. Stephen Siegel, author of The Four Pillars of Wellbeing.
Uddery also offers a video class for self-advocates and a weekly newsletter.
The self-guided video class is also available as a podcast.
UdDERY’S TOP 5 TIPS FOR SUCCESS As a self-professed perfectionist, it was no surprise that Iosh’s “iosh” was the first course to have my name on the title.
Iosh is a combination of the words “I” and “I can” that means I can do anything, no matter how hard I try.
That makes it one of the most popular self-improvement courses on Udemy.
It also means I could take the course for free and probably learn even more from it.
This is a big plus because, well, it’s a free course.
There are no ads or in-app purchases.
And I didn’t have to pay anything for this course.
Here are my top 5 tips for success on UdDERy: 1.
Find the right subject to self-guide and complete it.
For example, Iosh provides 10 topics for you to choose from.
I chose my favorite and completed it within a week.
The goal of the course is to make sure you complete it in a manageable amount of time.
Take a break from the course to relax.
I tried to stay away from studying for several days during the course.
I was tired, bored and frustrated.
I spent about 30 minutes a day on the couch reading, or relaxing in a different location.
That gave me plenty of time to reflect and recharge.
Take advantage of the fact that I’m only a college student.
UdDSL has an “advisor” program.
I could have just taken the course as a free online course.
But UdDER, the company behind the course (which is also free) has partnered with Udder.
UdDESL also has a weekly email newsletter and has even partnered with the National Institute of Mental Health to provide resources and support.
Set a goal for yourself and keep working toward it.
You can set your goal and see how much you can accomplish by following it.
I ended up finishing the course in about three months.
This was a really rewarding experience for me and a real test of my own self discipline.
Enjoy the course and don’t be afraid to challenge yourself.
UdDESL is designed to teach you “how to live your best life” with the aim of helping you achieve your goals and goals being defined by others.
That includes getting things done.
But, as I mentioned earlier, I was able to achieve a lot more from the self-management course than I could on the course itself.
I’m definitely going to keep UdDERYC coming.
